Keep
refrigerated 0-4C. Consume within the use by date. Once
pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase.
Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once
defrosted. Preparation and Usage
For perfectly cooked chicken, our head chef recommends
roasting:
Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan/Gas mk 6). Season with sea salt. For
crispy skin, do not coat with oil. Place in a roasting tin in the centre of
the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven when the skin is golden
brown, juices run clear and meat comes away easily from the bone. Rest for 5
minutes.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw
chicken.
